Cancellation & Refund Policy
Scope: Applies to paid group programmes (for example, support groups and listening circles) and other scheduled, group‑based Services.
Your cancellation after registration (counting back from the group start date):
Full refund if you cancel 30+ days before the group start date.
50% refund if you cancel 16–30 days before the group start date.
No refund if you cancel 0–15 days before the group start date.
If Pragmana cancels a group within 15 days of announcement: We will refund the entire signup fee.
If Pragmana reschedules a group by more than 2 weeks: We will inform you and offer the option to opt out and receive a full refund.
Removal for unsuitability: Pragmana may remove participants found unsuitable for a group; no refund will be provided in such cases.
No‑shows and partial attendance: Fees are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Donations: Donations are generally non‑refundable unless a duplicate/erroneous charge occurred and is verified.
Refund method and timeline: Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks/payment gateways typically take 5–10 business days after initiation to credit the amount.
Gateway charges and currency: If Razorpay/PhonePe or the acquiring bank deducts non‑recoverable transaction/FX fees on refunds, we will refund the net amount received by Pragmana.
Chargebacks and disputes: If a chargeback is raised, access to the programme may be paused while the payment provider resolves the dispute. We will cooperate with the provider to expedite resolution.
