    • Booking and participation data: selected Service/group, dates/times, attendance, facilitator assignments, preferences you choose to share.

       

    • Payment/donation data: transaction IDs, amounts, timestamps, and status from Razorpay/PhonePe. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking passwords on our website; these are processed by the payment gateway.

       

    • Communications and feedback: emails/messages, support requests, reviews/testimonials.

       

    • Device/cookie data: technical logs, pages visited, session timing, and similar analytics necessary to operate and improve the Site.

       

    • Optional sensitive information: any health‑related details you voluntarily share to help us tailor support (handled with heightened care and used only for Service delivery).

       

  • WhatsApp and automation data we may process:

     

    • Identifiers: mobile number, WhatsApp opt‑in/opt‑out status, consent timestamp and source.

       

    • Engagement: message templates sent, delivery/read receipts, and basic engagement metadata.

    • Service delivery: register accounts, manage bookings, deliver Services, send confirmations/reminders.

       

    • Payments: process payments/donations via Razorpay/PhonePe and issue receipts.

       

    • Support and improvement: provide customer support, collect feedback, improve content and user experience, maintain Site security.

       

    • Communications: send service alerts and, with consent, marketing/promotional messages via WhatsApp/SMS/email using approved templates and automation tools.

       

    • Compliance: meet legal and accounting requirements.

       

  • Your choices for WhatsApp, SMS, and email:

     

    • Service messages: necessary for your bookings and generally cannot be opted out of except by discontinuing the Service.

       

    • Marketing messages: optional; opt out any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp or SMS, using the unsubscribe instructions in email, or writing to us.

       

  • Payments and processors (Razorpay/PhonePe):

     

    • Role: Razorpay and/or PhonePe may act as controllers/processors of your payment data in accordance with their policies.

       

    • No storage of credentials: card and UPI credentials are not stored by the website; any tokenisation/storage for saved instruments or mandates is handled by the gateway/bank as per their policies.

       

  • Sharing and disclosure:

     

    • Vendors: service providers who help operate the Site and communications (for example, payment, WhatsApp Business API providers, automation platforms, scheduling/communications, hosting, analytics) under confidentiality and data‑protection commitments.

       

    • Facilitators: counsellors/peer facilitators strictly to deliver the sessions you have booked.

    • Measures: reasonable technical and organisational measures and secure payment gateways to protect user and donor data.
